Summer Flowers 02: Urban Flower Company (UK)
Next up, we move from the Netherlands to the UK for our next summer floral arrangement. This time Little Big Bell blogger, Geraldine Tan, interviewed and photographed, Matt Richardson’s summer table creation from the Urban Flower Company in Crouch End, London.

The Flowers: Dolchetto roses, amnesia roses, clematis, English lilac, Dr fleming Peony, alcamilla, gelder rose, mixed herbs of rosemary, thyme and oregano.
The Inspiration: I prefer to use a combination of interesting foliage to dress arrangements. This usually involves layering textures, vibrant colours and scents. The scent from the herbs and lilac is absolutely divine. Creating a bouquet is not based on any set pattern or method – it’s instinctive. To me it looks like a piece of art.
