Ilaria Innoenti’s ceramic “Sunday” (Domenica) tableware collection is inspired by the best meal of the week: Sunday brunch.

Working around the them of friends gathering for breakfast on the weekend and a pot-luck style meal, her series of different shaped platters and plates adorned with a patchwork of flowers, squiggly lines and dots accurately depicts the accompanying design story to a T:

“When you wake up late and do not yet know what to eat, you find yourself at home with friends and you end up in those beautiful tables where everyone brings something”

So true right?

Ilaria‘s portfolio continues to grow from her base in Milan. Earlier this year, she was recognized by Elle Decor as “a young talent to be discovered and to follow”.  Domenica is another terrific example of mix and match tableware that complements to her existing Collage B/N and her Collage Brown lines.
